We are equipped to ignite, inspire, enthuse, empathise, build hope, guide and facilitate all categories of Human resources, the youth, middle-aged, women, differently abled, senior citizens and even ripe old persons with appropriate interventions and therapies. Accordingly, we have envisaged exclusive and special services for the differently-abled and geriatrics. We have a Special Platform CANI CLUB for the Youth.

We have more than 3 decades of experience in handling various facets of human resources and relations at the largest public sector undertaking- Steel Authority of India Limited- SAIL. Our main arena of work has been Bhilai Steel Plant , the flagship unit of SAIL. Our Patrons/Consultants involve a group of richly experienced and highly motivated professionals from various disciplines. Our team is well-equipped to handle various issues of individuals and Corporates, related to human resources. We are very passionate and excited about tapping the unlocked potential of all persons, with special focus on the differently-abled. In addition, through the CANI CLUB , we would focus on harnessing the immense potential of Youth and women, to bring in continuous and never-ending improvements in all their endeavours.
